    The Chemical Process pumps are conforming to ASME B73.1 M and test code of BIS.Pumps cover the capacities upto 90m3/hr, head to 62 meters, temperatures from -210oC to 260oC and working pressure to 2550 kpa.

    Pumps feature maximum interchangeability for minimumspare parts inventory, back-pull-out design for quick inspection or repair of the parts without disturbing electrical and piping connections. External adjustments for impeller and casing wear. Standard dimensions for pump and foundations. Self-venting casing with PN20 or PN50 flanges has maximum resistance to mis- alignment, distortion and has 3mm corrosion allowance. Semi-open impeller with back vanes is matched to casing for maximum efficiency and low NPSH. Casing and impeller have smooth contoured passages for best slurry and solids handling capacity. Casing and stuffing box can be provided with jacket for heating and cooling. Stuffing box is machined for Gland packed arrangement and mechanical seals. Bearing Assembly is oil lubricated with automatic level control, breather, magnetic drain-plug and optional jacket.

    Shaft is designed for maximum 0.05mm deflection. Pumps have L 10 bearing life of 17,500 hrs. Baseplates have drip-pan and only three sizes cover all pump sizes and applicable motor frames. Spacer type coupling is provided to take advantage of back-pull-out design.

    Pumps are supplied in all machinable Alloys including Hastelloy-C and Hastelloy-B. The service range includes Hyderocarbons, Corrosive Acids, Caustic Services, Slurries, High Temperature Liquids upto 260 Degrees Centegrade, viscous and freezing point fluids, outdoor and in-door installations and continuous or intermittent services.
